Goals Written In DIRT...
1. No student should leave their faith on the church steps!
Unless a student accepts Christ on a personal level, they will never find lasting joy. This explains the behaviors and addictions we see in students every day. Jesus promises abundant joy, lasting peace and eternal life. This is the greatest gift we can offer to our students.

It is our ultimate desire to encourage students into a personal relationship and ongoing fellowship with Christ. A relationship so strong that when they graduate from high school they will not leave their faith in God on the church house steps!

The message of Christ must be presented consistantly through effective Bible studies, stirring worship and sincere personal conversations. It is our desire to provide the support and coaching that will help establish this solid foundaition in local churches.
 

2. We Implant Love and Compassion in the Hearts of Students!
Many students today suffer from the sinful diseases of complacency and self-absorption. We truly believe these negative attitudes are the roots of many problems that students experience, including the violence and corruption that is so prevalent in our schools and streets.

A passion to show love to the hurting is an antidote to the destructive nature of sin that all teens struggle with. By building compassion in the hearts of students, we will also be giving them a passion to live out. Instead of being driven toward distructive worldly passions, students will soar on the wings of Godly compassion as they experience the significance of touching lives.

Some of the ways we develop faith and compassion are…

MINISTRY EVENTS - We regularly plan and conduct ministry events. These events are designed to introduce students to the realities and hardships that others face. We do not just show them the plight, but we provide opportunities for students to make a difference with Christ-like love.

WITNESSING EVENTS - The DIRT Crew is known for successfully equipping students with all the tools and needed confidence to go out and effectivly share the "Good New" of Jesus Christ. We regularly plan outings specifically designed for students to share the Gospel with the world!
 

CAMPS AND RETREATS - Throughout the year we work with local churches to provide dynamic and life changing camps and retreats for students from middle school through college. With the use of exciting themes, extreme activities, ministry and witnessing events, awesome worship and solid Biblical teaching, we focus on the potential of every student to nudge closer to God, light the world and love each other.
