D.I.R.T. CREW MANDATE: "Love God, Love People, Share the Gospel"
The D.I.R.T. Crew Mandate identifies the absolutes of being a D.I.R.T. Crew.
There are three things we do that defines who the D.I.R.T. Crew is and why we exist...

LOVE GOD: Commit to leading students in a daily time of Journaling with God.
- Students will grow in a life long loving relationship with the Lord.
- Students will grow in Biblical understanding - solid foundation!
- Students will grow in their personal prayer life.
Note: Because this is the best thing we can do Satan will put up a fight!

D.I.R.T. CREW Student Journals are great tools that lead students into daily, meaningful quiet times!

Journals include:
Daily Prayer Section teaches students how to pray.
Daily Scripture Section draws students into God's Word.
Sermon Notes Section encourages students to listen.
Progress Tracking of accomplishments for rewards.
Ministry Log tracks service hours. Community service can
be an impressive entry on college scholarship applications.
Note: These journals are designed to work with your teaching themes throughout the year!

LOVE PEOPLE: Commit to regularly scheduled D.I.R.T. Shirt Events.
- Plan ministry/evangelism outings twice per quarter, every quarter (monthly is preferred).
- Students will develop a servant's heart and a positive attitude.
- Students will shed egos and self-centered behavior.
- Students will be drawn, some into a personal relationship, others into a closer walk with Christ.
- Recipients will be blessed and lives will be touched and transformed.

EARN YOUR D.I.R.T. SHIRT!
"D.I.R.T." stands for "Disciples in Real Times".
In other words, if you want to be a real time disciple you have to "Come get your hands dirty!"

Students earn their D.I.R.T. Shirt by:
1. Attending four consecutive church meetings.
2. Participating in three D.I.R.T. Shirt Events.

D.I.R.T. Shirt Events are opportunities for students to go out and get their hands dirty serving others in Jesus' name at homeless shelters, women's shelters, homes of the elderly or where ever there is a need. The best venues are where students are face-to-face with recipients.

SHARE THE GOSPEL: Commit to Way of the Master Evangelism Training and Experiences.
- Students will be motivated to actively witness in their circles of influence.
- Students will be drawn, some into a personal relationship, others into a closer walk with Christ.

- Schedule monthly Way of the Master video and teaching sessions.
A steady diet is very effective over time. The "Way of the Master" is extremely effective and proven among students.
- Commit to keeping "Living Waters" tracts available to students.
- Schedule to take students out regularly and help them make it real.
- Give students time to share witnessing testimonies with the group.
